This technical support package offers a true System Administrator technician who will manage a Dedicated, Semi-Dedicated, or Cloud server owned by the customer. Additional technician hours can be requested if the work to be done and/or the allotted hours are not sufficient to complete the maintenance work.
The legal responsibility for managing the server remains with the customer, who must in any case have a summary sheet of the changes requested of the technician to be made to the system.

- Backup Check
- Checking high-priority updates and releases
- Service Installation and Configuration
- Check of active services
- Software updates
- Consulting via helpdesk
- Transfers of web projects
- Reconfiguration of Databases and Connections

The service is offered on weekdays and not on public holidays. A service carried out on the weekend has an additional cost of 50 euros + VAT. 24/7 services with the same number of hours (24 hours) have a cost of 600 euros + VAT/month. A refund request is denied when:
- the customer has requested something that cannot be completed for any technical reason, and the consulting has already been carried out.
- The customer has requested an incorrect operation, not agreed upon with the technician.
- The customer has not provided the means to operate or refuses to provide them, preventing the technician from working.
- The service / consulting has already been performed by the technical department.
In all other cases, the customer is entitled to a refund for the service not performed.
