The duration of the upgrade depends on the amount of data to be migrated, but typically a migration of about 3,000 customers takes less than an hour.

• - If one or more Magento extensions prevent the reading and/or modification of the data, and this becomes known at the end of the migration process, the migration will have to be performed again. The cost will be 50% of the service amount.
