Right of Withdrawal Notice
Before proceeding with the order, the customer is required to read and either print or save to a digital storage device the present page, in order to receive written confirmation of the information displayed, pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/99, concerning consumer protection in matters of distance contracts.
By confirming the order Shine Software is granted authorization to generate the License relating to the Magento modules as well as to send the software package to the email address specified in the signed order.
Therefore, we invite all customers to request as much information as possible from the first-level support department via chat, online ticket, Skype, contact form, and email (see details in the website footer) regarding the product and/or service of interest before signing the contract.
The supplier of the goods or services you have requested is "Shine Software di Turillo M., p.zza della Borsa 7 - 34121 Trieste (TS)".
The Decree in question grants consumers the right to withdraw from the purchase within ten (10) working days, starting from receipt of the goods, by sending us, at the following address, Shine Software di Turillo M., p.zza della Borsa, 7 - 34121 Trieste (TS), a notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The withdrawal may also be sent within the same term by telegram or certified email to shinesoftware@pec.it.
When the right of withdrawal can be applied:
- immediately after purchase and before the license is generated
- when the request to send the software has not yet been carried out
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts relating to sealed audiovisual products or computer software that have been opened by the consumer, or to software products purchased via download or online activation procedure (pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/99).
