The service gives the Customer access to the high-speed network and, through it, to the Internet using xDSL technology.
By choosing your speed profile, one of our technicians, in collaboration with the provider Telecom, will set up a direct cable at the exchange nearest to your office, enabling unbeatable speed. This is not a commercial line like those of Fastweb and/or other commercial operators, but a dedicated line that will allow your company to collaborate at high speed.

A secure and fast xDSL connection allows a company to improve the speed of its "business workflow", enabling a faster response to customer requests and consequently greater customer satisfaction.
The lines provided by Shine Software will allow you to collaborate remotely with a business partner, with your own data center, and to distribute one or more services over the Web using a secure SSH connection.
If you want to "start off on the right foot", an xDSL connection is the added value of a company that wants to invest in its corporate infrastructure, offering a service with a considerably higher value.
xDSL connections are guaranteed, which means that if the line is unavailable, the user will be reimbursed. For more information, we invite you to read the contractual terms related to the xDSL service.
Compensation for each fault repaired late or for failure to comply with the service level on the minimum guaranteed bandwidth: 30% of the monthly fee (or equivalent) for the pure connectivity service.
